AGS Group, thanks to the acquisition of IALE srl, expands the ICT offering to the Retail Market, a new branch completing the Finance and Telco&Media; units where AGS Group is strongly present with AGS, Sibank, Exis and HRC Systems skills.
AGS Group has been founded to sustain the quick and constant growth of AGS Spa, better answer the market’s needs and granting to the clients a better activity quality.
IALE srl has been founded by the same team that established IALE Informatica Spa, an historical company distributing hardware, support and realizing ICT solutions for the Italian Retail market.
IALe Informatica, established in 1988, has been one of the most relevant companies working in the Retail field in Italy, with a wide number of important clients and a well distributed support network on the Italian territory.
IALE srl target offering is the Top and Middle branch in the Retail market, the Food Area (supermarkets, etc.), the Restoration area (autogrill, restoration chains, etc.) and Non-Food area (warehouses, franchising chains, entertainment, etc.)
AGS Group has closed year 2006 with almost 20 million Euros sales and 350 employees; the plans for 2007 are to widen the offering of solutions and services on our target markets, better fulfilling the growing needs of our customers.
Sibank, Exis and HRC Systems

Sibank has been founded in Lodi in 1987, since its birth has offered technical consultancy and software solutions for the Banking market. Sibank offers competences, products nd prototypes for Bank Institutes.

HRC Systems' software factory is constantly connected to AGS Group's HQ office in Italy, sharing the VPN network and development infrastructure. Development methods and project management, as well as production standards are defined in Italy.
