For an important TLC Operator, with the primary objective of ensuring the quality of the software that manages from orders to invoicing to end customers, we have provided a system service and integration test on the systems of billing, pricing and order management of the customer.

An extensive and complex activity for a work team that has reached 25 units and that has employed an average of 15 resources for a service that has been active for 8 years. The service – characterized by being SLA-based – has been provided both on-site and remotely and the widespread and in-depth knowledge of the functional and technical aspects of the applications has allowed offering flexible management of peak work, using models of Band Service + Tokens and Project Activities.
