22 October 1998 BIRTH OF AGS
Stefano and Oscar Padrin created AGS srl on October 16, 1998, with the aim to offer a unique service in the Italian panorama, a consulting boutique dedicated to the management of IT infrastructures and systems. Not only AGS srl overtook Dot- Com Buble unscathed yet began a series of acquisitions of specialized IT companies: Sibank srl , operating in the banking sector , Exis srl in the insurance market and Iale srl , an institution with a significant portfolio of GDO customers.2005 ORGANIC GROWTH
AGS grew in terms of employees and turnover reaching 18 million euros and assuming the corporate form of Spa. The following year it invoiced about 18 million euros, and opened an office in Rome.23 novembre 2007 ACQUISITION OF OPEN TECHNOLOGY EXPERTS
On 23 November 2007 it acquired Open Technology Experts (also known by the acronym OTE), a company specialized in the horizontal offering of IT Governance.2013 New headquarters
AGS strengthened its footmark in various markets, with important references in the Telco & Media, Finance, Services and Industry sectors. The team increasingly expanded and in 2013 AGS moved its Headquarters to Pero.2015 A new era
Starting from 2015, AGS SpA embarked on an important redevelopment plan of its business by adding to the historical IT Consulting activity , the creation and marketing of technological products and end-to-end solutions with high added value.2017 Industry 4.0
On a national level AGS a leader in the field of Artificial Intelligence and Automation & Robotics , also thanks to the prestigious partnerships with Nvidia and ASRock Rack and collaborations with important universities. The R&D; division develops innovative materials suitable for industry 4.0 technologies.2019 ACQUISITION OF PLASTIDITE AND ELKAR
In 2019 AGS becomes the majority shareholder of two historic PMMA production and distribution companies, Plastidite and ELKAR. The production of Azanite ® also starts from the two production sites , an extremely versatile and performing artificial stone, of which AGS has registered the patent. In the autumn, he signed an exclusive agreement with Huawei for the creation of Artificial Intelligence solutions for B2B.2020 LEADER IN REAL ESTATE
AGS Real Estate has established itself as a leading General Contractor in Italy in real estate redevelopment and energy efficiency ,by virtue of important partnerships with fast-growing companies in the sector. In May it becomes the majority shareholder of Trend Srl, a company specializing in the processing, production and sale of plastic products.2021 THE "CARBON FREE" CHOICE
The head office has a new building as an outcome of the outstanding work of the design of its team of designers and architects. The entire building is at zero emissions, given to an ecosystem of the latest generation technologies, from systems automation and photovoltaic panels to the façades termoventilate with Materica panels.

SUSTAINABILITY IN OUR OFFICES
Energy
We have redeveloped all the properties supplied in order to improve their energy efficiency. Ventilated facades with rock wool and latest generation PMMA sheets and photovoltaic systems are just some of the best tools to achieve the goal of a low carbon economy by 2030.
Transport
We have chosen to use and support videoconferencing systems to keep us close to our customers and stakeholders. In favor of those operating throughout the territory, we have strengthened the company fleet with electric and methane cars. In addition, columns for charging electric cars have been installed in the company car parks.
Lighting
In all our offices we have installed the latest generation of LED lamps, thus saving up to 50% compared to traditional lighting systems. Home automation systems have also been included in the buildings to automate the switching on and off of lights, further reducing waste.
Garbage
In production sites as in offices, the commitment to reduce waste is a common thread that accompanies operations. In addition to separate collection, we wanted to propose alternatives to plastic bottles with numerous water dispensers located in the various break areas. In addition, there are shredder machines for PET bottles.
Resources
We care about the resources on earth. During the production processes we make sure to optimize the consumption of water and all other exhaustible goods. We strongly stimulate projects and products aimed at promoting the circular economy. We try to make what is used last as long as possible and, if possible, recycle it.
THE POWER OF SUN
Photovoltaic systems ensure clean energy for the operation of buildings and charging stations dedicated to electric cars. In 2020 we achieved the first results, for 2021 we are ready for more ambitious goals.
