In Italy, the National Industry 4.0 Plan is the first manoeuvre collecting a set of organic and complementary provisions with the ambitous aim of encouraging investments in order to facilitate innovation and competitiveness. In recent years, the legislation has evolved, gathering the new requests from operators in the sector. With the 2020 Budget Law, the Industry-Enterprise Plan 4.0 changes its appearance and name, replacing hyper-amortization and super- amortization with the tax credit for the purchase of capital goods and software and extending the tax credit for R&D activities also to those related to innovation and design. Since 2017 we have been accompanying our customers to discover new production paradigms, supporting our customers also in the tax process.
We have carried out industrial projects that fully meet the specifications and production needs of our customers, using an operating model that makes them compliant with the requirements to access the benefits of the National Plan 4.0.
Model 3P, a procedure devised by the AGS team, provides for a scrupulous process, completed by the drafting of a sworn appraisal, a tax and a legal opinion, carried out by professionals independent of the company.
